Body Composition
Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) enables precise measurement of muscle mass, body fat, and body water. It provides an objective basis for assessing your current health and training status.
Based on the results, we classify your starting point and use the data specifically for training control, health monitoring, and progress evaluation.
The assessment is suitable both for an initial baseline evaluation and for regular follow-up within a training or health program.
