Lifestyle Programs
What are programs for lifestyle optimization?
In order to live healthily, one must first understand what is individually healthy. Every person brings different prerequisites, challenges, and so-called "adjustable dials" that need to be adjusted. Lifestyle programs in CPM are medically and therapeutically supervised offerings aimed at sustainably improving health and well-being through concrete changes in everyday life. This primarily involves the lifestyle factors: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress & resilience, and mental health.
