"For over 20 years, it has been proven that treatable risk factors cause over 90% of cardiovascular diseases (Yusuf et al., Interheart Study, The Lancet, 2004). Therefore, these should be recognized as early as possible and positively influenced proactively.
To better understand the engine of physical performance, I completed my specialization as a cardiologist and now, in addition to my hospital and outpatient activities, I also lead a cardiac rehabilitation program to offer patients, for example after a heart attack, the fastest and most sustainable recovery possible with my expertise."
