The most important piece of my learning that I carry forward, and hope to pass along to others, is that from the fundamental biochemical make up, we are all individual.

While much of each of us is extremely similar, there are slight differences in the codes that direct all the bodily functions within us, and we need to listen to our own signals and understand better our own make-up to be able to give ourselves the gift of the best nutrition and lifestyle to benefit our individual bodies.

I am an American, born and raised in New York City. I trained to be a Nutritional Therapist in London, England at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and to be a Certified Functional Medicine practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine in the USA.

I now live and practice in Zurich, Switzlerand. I work with clients within Zurich and greater Europe, in-person when possible and also online when more practical.
