Body Composition
Bioimpedance analysis (BIA) allows a precise determination of muscle, fat and water proportions. It provides an objective basis for assessing your current health and training status.
Based on the measurements, we classify your starting point and use the results specifically for training control, health monitoring and progress assessment.
The measurement is suitable both for establishing a baseline and for regular progress checks within a training or health programme.
