Field of expertise

MSc in Movement Sciences and Sport, ETH Zurich

"Health does not occur by chance - it is the result of informed decisions, active life design, and consistent implementation. Prevention means taking responsibility early on - through targeted movement and deliberately applied recovery. Sustainable changes and new habits can be successfully integrated into everyday life when they are realistically planned and tailored to physical conditions, medical histories, and performance goals. Crucial is not only the plan but also continuous support - together, data-based, and with a clear focus on feasibility. This creates a balanced connection between movement, regeneration, nutrition, and joy of living - and thus the foundation for sustainable health and long-term performance capability."
